You can submit a Information Technology Helpdesk Ticket by going to:
https://helpdesk.southwestmicrowave.com or by e-mailing helpdesk@southwestmicrowave.com.

When should I submit a ticket?
A ticket should be submitted anytime you are requesting something from Information Technology.
Examples include: "I need a new computer/monitor," "Something is broken and I need help," "I have a new employee starting."
Do I have to submit a ticket?
Yes. We are required by Federal regulations to monitor and document all helpdesk activities.
